Kreidler Vitality Eco 3 Comfort

The "Vitality Eco 3 Comfort" model from Kreidler, launched in 2020, is a well-designed e-bike that, at a price of 2,519 EUR, is positioned in the mid-range market. The frame is made from 6061 aluminium and is fitted with a BOSCH interface, ensuring a robust and durable construction. Weighing 25 kg, the bike is relatively light for an e-bike, yet still offers solid stability.

The bike’s braking system consists of Magura HS11 brakes, operated by a Magura 3-finger brake lever. This combination promises reliable braking performance and control. Gear changes are handled by the Shimano Nexus shifter in conjunction with a Shimano Nexus 7-speed coaster hub, enabling simple and comfortable operation.

The Suntour CR85-E25 aluminium suspension fork provides additional riding comfort on uneven terrain. The headset is an Acros AZX-212 tapered model. The rims are Schürmann YAK19 aluminium hollow-section rims and the tyres are Schwalbe Energizer Active Plus, sized 47-622 and featuring reflective strips for improved visibility. The hubs are Shimano Alivio, combined with the Shimano Nexus coaster hub. The spokes are made of stainless steel with a diameter of 2 mm.

The saddle is a Selle Royal Rio model, mounted on a suspension-equipped Humpert Ergotec SP 5.0 seatpost. SKS plastic mudguards provide protection against splashing water, whilst the Pletscher Comp Flex rear stand ensures the bike stands securely.

The e-bike is powered by a Bosch Active Plus mid-drive motor with an output of 250 watts. The semi-integrated Bosch frame battery has a capacity of 400 Wh at 36 volts and 11.0 Ah. The Bosch Intuvia display offers a user-friendly interface for controlling the e-bike.
