Kreidler Vitality Eco 2 Sport

The 2021 "Vitality Eco 2 Sport" model from Kreidler is a high-performance e-bike that offers a wide range of high-quality components for a price of 2,359 EUR. The frame is made from 6061 aluminium and is designed to accommodate the semi-integrated Bosch motor. Weighing 24 kg, the bike is relatively light for an e-bike in this class.

In terms of braking performance, the Vitality Eco 2 Sport is fitted with Shimano BR-MT200 disc brakes, with a diameter of 180 mm at the front and 160 mm at the rear. The Shimano Altus 3-finger brake levers ensure precise control. The Shimano Alivio RD-T4000 rear derailleur is used, controlled via the Shimano Alivio SL-M3100 shift levers, enabling reliable and smooth gear changes.

The Suntour NEX fork, with 65 mm of travel, provides additional comfort on uneven terrain. Lighting is provided by the Herrmans MR Go front light with 30 LUX and a parking light, as well as the Herrmans H-Trace rear light, which also features a parking light, ensuring safety in the dark.

The hubs are made of Parallax aluminium, both front and rear, and the spokes are made of stainless steel with a diameter of 2.0 mm.

Comfort is enhanced by the Selle Royal Rio saddle and the Humpert Ergotec Atar seatpost. SKS plastic mudguards, a Pletscher Comp Flex rear stand and an aluminium luggage rack with a spring-loaded flap complete the specification.

The bike is powered by a Bosch Performance Gen.3 mid-drive motor with an output of 250 watts. The semi-integrated Bosch frame battery has a capacity of 400 Wh at 36 volts and 11.0 Ah. The Purion display offers simple and intuitive control of the electric assistance. Overall, the Kreidler Vitality Eco 2 Sport is a well-balanced e-bike that is suitable for both everyday use and longer rides.
