Kreidler Vitality Eco 1 Comfort

The "Vitality Eco 1 Comfort" model from Kreidler, launched in 2022, is a reliable and comfortable e-bike available for €2,199. The frame is made from 6061 aluminium and is semi-integrated for the Bosch motor, which contributes to the bike’s stability and durability. Weighing 26 kg, the bike is robust yet manoeuvrable enough for everyday use.

The bike is fitted with Magura HS11 brakes, operated via 3-finger brake levers, which provide reliable stopping power. The gear system is a Shimano Nexus 7-speed coaster hub, operated by a twist grip, which allows for simple and intuitive handling. The Suntour CR8V fork, with 65 mm of travel, provides additional comfort on uneven roads.

For lighting, the Vitality Eco 1 Comfort is fitted with a Herrmans MR Go front light, which provides 30 LUX and features a parking light function. The Trelock LS 654 rear light also features a parking light function as well as a brake light function to enhance road safety.

Other features include Marwi SP-813 pedals, a Miranda aluminium crankset with a 38-tooth KMC chainring, and a 19-tooth Shimano sprocket. Power is transmitted via a KMC S1 chain. The handlebars are a 600 mm trekking model, fitted with Herrmans DD37 grips with screw clamps for a secure grip. The stem is an a-head type, angle-adjustable and made of aluminium.

The rims are Schürmann YAK19 aluminium hollow-wall rims with 36 holes, fitted with Kenda City tyres in size 47-622 with reflective strips for improved visibility. The hubs consist of a Parallax aluminium front hub and a Shimano Nexus 7-speed rear hub with a coaster brake. Niro spokes with a diameter of 2.0 mm complete the wheel set.

The saddle is a Selle Royal Essenza model and the seatpost is a suspension-equipped Kind Shock KSP-630, which offers additional comfort. SKS plastic mudguards protect against dirt and water. A Pletscher Comp Flex rear stand ensures stability, whilst the strutless aluminium luggage rack with a spring-loaded flap provides additional storage space.

At the heart of the e-bike is the third-generation Bosch Active Line mid-drive motor with 250 watts of power, combined with a semi-integrated Bosch frame battery with a capacity of 400 Wh. The Purion display offers easy operation and a clear overview of the most important ride data.
