Husqvarna E-Bicycles Gran Gravel 6

The 2021 "Gran Gravel 6" model from Husqvarna E-Bicycles is a high-quality e-bike designed specifically for gravel rides. Priced at 4899 EUR, it offers a wide range of technical features that ensure both performance and comfort. The frame is made from a robust 6061 alloy construction and is fitted with a Skeleton Interface and an integrated battery. It features a 12x142mm rear axle and can carry a maximum load of up to 130 kg.

The braking system is based on Shimano hydraulic disc brakes, specifically the BRX810 model, whilst the front brake disc, also from Shimano, has a diameter of 160 mm and is mounted using the Centre Lock system. The groupset is a Shimano GRX 810 with RD-RX817 Shadow Plus technology and features an 11-speed Di2 electronic groupset. The shift levers are also from the GRX series and combine Dual Control with hydraulic disc brakes.

The bike’s fork is made of carbon and has a tapered design, which provides additional stability. The pedals are made from a lightweight aluminium alloy, manufactured by Husqvarna. The crankset is a Shimano FX-E8050 with Hollowtech technology and a length of 170 mm. The cassette is a Shimano SLX CS-M7000-11 with an 11-42T range, compatible with the 11-speed drivetrain. Power is transmitted via a KMC X11e chain.

The handlebars are specially designed for gravel riding, with a width of 420 mm and a flare angle of 16 degrees. The grips are fitted with Husqvarna Tape Comfort to enhance riding comfort. The stem is 90 mm long and has a -8-degree angle. The headset is of the ZS44/56 standard.

The tyres are Schwalbe G-One Bite in the Performance version with Race Guard protection and are size 40-622 (28x1.50). The wheels are fitted to a DT Swiss G1800 Spline wheelset, which also utilises the Centre Lock system and is compatible with 12x100/12x142 mm axles.

The saddle is a Husqvarna Gravel model, mounted on an aluminium seatpost with a diameter of 31.6 mm. The e-bike’s drive is powered by a Shimano STePS DU-E7000 motor with an output of 250W and a torque of 60Nm. The battery has a capacity of 504Wh (36V, 14Ah) and is the Shimano BT-E8010 model. The bike features a Shimano SC-E7000 LED display with ANT+ and Bluetooth connectivity for controlling the electric components and displaying key riding information.
