HoheAcht AMOLA ROKO

The “AMOLA ROKO” model from the HoheAcht brand, launched in 2023, is a versatile e-bike fitted with a wide range of high-quality components. The frame is made of robust aluminium, which gives the bike a solid structure whilst keeping its weight relatively low. The price for this model is 4799 EUR, placing it in the upper mid-range of e-bikes.

Braking performance is provided by Shimano hydraulic disc brakes, with the BR-MT420 four-piston model fitted at the front and the BR-MT410 at the rear. The brake levers are made of light alloy and are designed as two-finger models, enabling precise control. The brake discs are also from Shimano and have a diameter of 180 mm at both the front and rear, ensuring reliable braking power.

The drivetrain is a 12-speed derailleur system from SRAM, specifically the SX Eagle model. This is operated by the SL-SX1-PA-A1 trigger shifter, which enables quick and precise gear selection. The gear ratio is achieved via an 11–50-tooth cassette, offering a wide range of gears for varying terrain profiles.

Suspension is provided by an SR Suntour XCR34-Boost-AIR suspension fork with 120 mm of travel and an SR Suntour Raidon Air LO Metric shock absorber with 45 mm of travel. This ensures a comfortable riding experience even on uneven terrain.

The lighting system consists of a Sate-lite lighting set, which provides up to 50 LUX at the front and ensures 220° visibility at the rear. This enhances safety when cycling at dusk or at night.

The drive is powered by the Shimano Steps DU-EP600 mid-drive motor with an output of 85 Nm, which operates up to a speed of 25 km/h. The integrated battery has a capacity of 630 Wh, promising a good range for longer rides. The accompanying display is Bluetooth and ANT Private-compatible, enabling modern connectivity.

Further features include a crankset with a 36-tooth steel and aluminium chainring, aluminium handlebars 660 mm wide with a 25 mm rise, and robust Mach1 Trucky 30 rims fitted with Kenda Nevegal 2 tyres. The bike is also fitted with a Selle Royal saddle and an aluminium seatpost, which further enhance comfort. An Ursus kickstand and an ABUS lock complete the package, offering practical features for everyday use.
