Hercules Rob Fold 10

The 2023 Hercules Rob Fold 10 is a versatile e-bike that stands out for its high-quality features and robust construction. The frame is made from eFold Series aluminium (AL 6061) and has a maximum load capacity of 135 kg, whilst weighing just 22 kg itself. The braking system is fitted with Shimano MT200 hydraulic disc brakes at both the front and rear, with the front brake discs measuring 180 mm and the rear 160 mm. Gear shifting is handled by a Shimano Deore RD-M5120 10-speed derailleur, controlled by the Shimano Deore SL-M4100 shifter.

The Rob Fold 10 features a rigid aluminium fork and is fitted with a Bosch Performance Cruise Smart System GEN3 motor, which delivers 250 watts of power and 75 Nm of torque. Power is transmitted via a KMC X10E chain, whilst the energy supply is provided by a Bosch PowerPack battery with a capacity of 545 Wh. The system is controlled via the Bosch Intuvia 100 display.

Other features include trekking handlebars with ergonomic grips, an adjustable Zecure AllUp + Up2+ stem, and Schwalbe Big Apple tyres with RaceGuard technology. Lighting is provided by a Hercules FS-50 LED front light with up to 50 lux and a Busch & Müller Toplight 2C LED rear light. The saddle is a Selle Royal Nuvola, mounted on a Kalloy SP-DC1 seatpost.

Additional comfort and safety are provided by the Massload double-leg stand, the ABUS battery lock with XPlus cylinder, as well as mudguards from SKS and the Herrmans Slyde chain guard.
