Hercules Rob Family F360

The "Rob Family F360" from Hercules, launched in 2022, is a versatile and robust cargo bike designed specifically for urban use. Priced at 5699 EUR, this model offers a range of high-quality components and features that make it an ideal choice for families who prioritise safety and comfort. The frame is made of reinforced aluminium (AL 6061) and is fitted with a mounting bracket for a child seat, making the bike particularly suitable for transporting children. With a maximum load capacity of 200 kg and a kerb weight of 35 kg, the bike offers a high load-bearing capacity.

Reliable braking performance is provided by the Magura MT-5N hydraulic disc brakes, fitted to both the front and rear. The front brake disc measures 180 mm (Magura Storm HC), ensuring effective deceleration. The Enviolo Multiturn MHI-CS-MT mechanical gear lever allows for easy and precise gear selection. The rigid aluminium fork, with a diameter of 1.5", contributes to the bike’s stability.

The HERCULES FH 100 LED front light, with a brightness of up to 100 lux, ensures optimum visibility in traffic, whilst the Busch & Müller Toplight View LED rear light is mounted on the luggage rack. The Ryde Andra 40 rims are fitted with Schwalbe Big Ben tyres (55-507), which offer both comfort and puncture protection thanks to RaceGuard technology.

The drivetrain features the tried-and-tested Gates CDX system, comprising a Samox EC38 crankset and a Gates CDX 22T sprocket. The Zecure HD handlebars with ergonomic grips and the adjustable Satori AllUp + Zecure Up2+ stem allow for a customisable riding position. The Selle Royal Nuvola saddle and the Kalloy seatpost provide additional comfort on longer rides.

The bike is fitted with an i-Rack luggage rack, which features a spring-loaded flap and a mount for a child seat. Other practical features include SKS EDGE AL mudguards, an Ursus Jumbo 80 double-leg stand and an AXA Block XXL lock with a keyed-alike battery lock and lock chain.

The Rob Family F360 is powered by a Bosch Performance Cruise GEN3 motor with an output of 250 watts and a torque of 65 Nm. The Bosch standard battery, with a capacity of 1000 Wh, ensures a long range, whilst the Bosch Intuvia display makes operation straightforward. A Bosch 4A charger completes the package and ensures fast charging times. With a reach of 382 mm and a stack height of 585 mm, the bike offers balanced geometry for comfortable city riding.
