Hercules Rob Cargo F5

The Hercules Rob Cargo F5 is a versatile e-bike model from 2023, characterised by its robust construction and modern features. The frame is made from durable AL 6061 aluminium from the eCargo Compact Series, giving the bike a total weight of 29 kg. The maximum permissible load is 200 kg, making it ideal for transporting heavy loads.

The Rob Cargo F5’s braking system is fitted with Shimano hydraulic disc brakes – specifically the MT420 model – which features 180 mm brake discs at both the front and rear. The 4-piston brakes, combined with the Shimano MT401 brake levers, ensure reliable and powerful braking performance. The gear system consists of a Shimano Nexus 5-speed hub gear with a freewheel, operated via a Shimano Revoshifter.

Lighting is provided by a powerful Hercules FH 100 LED front light, which delivers up to 100 lux, and a Busch & Müller Toplight 2C LED rear light. The bike is also fitted with Schwalbe Big Ben tyres, which provide additional safety thanks to their GreenGuard technology. The reinforced black Niro spokes and the Ryde Andra 40 rims offer additional stability.

Power is provided by Bosch’s third-generation Performance Cruise Smart System motor, which delivers an impressive 250 watts of power and 75 Nm of torque. The Bosch PowerPack battery, with a capacity of 545 Wh, ensures a sufficient range, whilst the Bosch Intuvia 100 display allows for easy control and monitoring of ride data.

Other features include an adjustable Zecure AllUp + Up2+ stem, a Selle Royal Nuvola saddle and a sturdy Ursus Jumbo 80 double-leg kickstand. The i-Rack luggage rack is integrated into the frame and offers space for luggage at both the front and rear. For added security, the Rob Cargo F5 is fitted with an AXA Block XXL lock with a lock chain.
