Hercules Pasero Sport I-10

The 2023 Hercules Pasero Sport I-10 is a versatile e-trekking bike, available for 4299 EUR. The frame is made from eTrekking Series aluminium (AL 6061) and provides a solid foundation with a maximum load capacity of 135 kg, whilst the bike itself weighs 27 kg. The Shimano MT200 hydraulic disc brakes, with 180 mm rotors at the front (SM-RT30) and rear (RT-EM300), ensure reliable braking performance, supported by the Shimano BL-MT201 brake levers.

The bike is fitted with a Shimano Deore 10-speed derailleur (RD-M5120), which, in combination with the Shimano Deore shifter (SL-M4100) and the cassette (CS-M4100 11–46T) ensures precise gear changes. The SR Suntour NEX-E25 HLO fork, with 63 mm of travel and an adjustable lockout, offers additional comfort on uneven terrain. Lighting is provided by the Hercules FS-50 LED front light, delivering up to 50 lux, and the Comus RZ-100EB LED rear light.

The bike is also fitted with Marwi SP828 aluminium pedals, an FSA CK-745 crankset with a 170 mm length and a KMC E10S drivetrain. The Satori Wien handlebars with a 15° backsweep and the Ergo grips with integrated clamping offer comfortable handling. The adjustable A-Head stem and the integrated tapered headset contribute to individual customisation.

SUPERO Optima Safe 50-622 tyres have been chosen, fitted to Ryde Taurus 2000 rims. The Shimano hubs (HB-M3050 at the front and FH-M3050 at the rear) are fitted with Centre Lock mounts. The Trekking Comodoro saddle with Hydro Foam and the Kalloy SP-383 seatpost with 45 mm travel ensure a comfortable riding position. Additional features such as SKS plastic mudguards, a Horn Catena 17 chain guard, a Pletscher Comp Flex 40 kickstand, an ABUS battery lock with an XPlus cylinder and a Monkey Load system carrier with a spring-loaded flap round off the specification.

The Pasero Sport I-10 is powered by the S-MAG Pro FIT motor, delivering 250 watts of power and 90 Nm of torque, powered by a FIT Supercore battery with a capacity of 750 Wh. The Fit Display Compact allows for easy operation of the electrical components, whilst the FIT 4 A charger ensures rapid recharging. The bike’s geometry is defined by measurements such as a reach of 419 mm, a stack of 625 mm, a seat tube length of 500 mm, a top tube length of 624 mm, a head tube angle of 69 degrees, a seat tube angle of 73 degrees, a head tube length of 160 mm and a wheelbase of 1144 mm. This combination of high-quality components and well-thought-out geometry makes the Hercules Pasero Sport I-10 a reliable companion for trekking tours and everyday use.
