Hercules Nos FS 1.2

The 2023 Hercules Nos FS 1.2 is a high-quality e-mountain bike designed for demanding off-road riding. The frame is made from R4-series aluminium (AL 6061) and provides a robust base for the bike, which has a total weight of 26 kg and a maximum rider weight of 125 kg. The price for this model is 4899 EUR.

The Nos FS 1.2’s braking system is fitted with Shimano hydraulic disc brakes. The Shimano MT420 is fitted at the front, whilst the Shimano BL-M4100 is fitted at the rear. Both brakes are fitted with 203 mm discs, with the Shimano SM-RT64 used at the front and the Shimano RT-EM600 at the rear. The gear system consists of a 12-speed Shimano Deore RD-M6100 with the corresponding SL-M6100 shifter, which enables precise gear changes.

Front suspension is provided by the SR Suntour Zeron 35 fork with 150 mm of travel; it is air-sprung and features a lockout as well as a 15 mm thru-axle. The rear shock is a Rock Shox Deluxe Select, also with 150 mm of travel, fitted with DebonAir technology and rebound adjustment.

The bike is lit by MonkeyLink reflectors on the front and rear lights. The pedals are VP-469 MTB, whilst the crankset consists of an FSA CK-220 with a 170 mm chainring. The cassette is a Shimano Deore CS-M6100 with a 10–51T range, complemented by the Shimano CN-M6100 drivetrain.

The handlebars are aluminium MTB risers with a diameter of 31.8 mm, and the grips feature an integrated clamping system. The stem is A-Head and MonkeyLink-ready, whilst the headset is integrated and tapered. The tyres are Schwalbe Nobby Nic Evolution, sized 60-622 at the front and 60-584 at the rear, fitted to Rodi TRYP30 rims at the front and Rodi TRYP35 rims at the rear. The hubs are a Shimano HB-MT410 at the front and a Shimano FH-MT400-B at the rear, both with CentreLock.

The saddle is a Selle Royal Vivo, fitted to a Limotec Dropperpost A1Z seatpost with a diameter of 30.9 mm and a QR saddle clamp in black. Security is provided by an ABUS IT4 battery lock with an XPlus cylinder.

The Nos FS 1.2 is powered by an S-MAG Pro FIT motor with 250 watts and a torque of 90 Nm. The battery is a FIT Supercore with a capacity of 750 Wh, controlled via a FIT LCD remote display. The charger has a current rating of 4 A.

The bike’s geometry comprises a reach of 459 mm, a stack of 613 mm, a seat tube length of 490 mm, a head tube angle of 67 degrees, a seat tube angle of 75 degrees, a head tube length of 125 mm and a wheelbase of 1254 mm. These dimensions contribute to a stable and comfortable riding position, ideal for long off-road rides.
