Hercules Nos 1.1

The Hercules Nos 1.1 from 2022 is a modern e-mountain bike fitted with a robust aluminium frame from the MTB Hardtail Series. The frame is made from AL 6061 and features an integrated intube design with a tapered head tube, ensuring stability and durability. The bike’s maximum load capacity is 125 kg, whilst the bike itself weighs in at 23 kg.

Reliable braking performance is provided by Shimano MT420 hydraulic disc brakes, combined with Shimano BL-M4100 brake levers. The front brake disc has a diameter of 203 mm, ensuring effective deceleration. Gear changes are handled by the Shimano Deore RD-M5120 rear derailleur and the Shimano Deore SL-M4100 shifter, which enable precise and smooth gear changes.

The Nos 1.1’s suspension is provided by an SR Suntour Zeron 35 fork with 120 mm of travel. This air-sprung fork features a lockout and a 15 mm thru-axle, offering comfort and control across varied terrain.

The bike is fitted with MonkeyLink reflectors at the front and rear, which provide additional safety. The spec is rounded off by VP-469 MTB pedals and an FSA CK-220 crankset. The cassette is a Shimano Deore CS-M4100 with an 11–46T gear ratio, whilst power is transmitted via a Shimano CN-HG54 chain.

The handlebars are aluminium MTB risers with a diameter of 31.8 mm, fitted with MTB 1670D3 grips with a clamping ring. The stem is an A-head model, also made of aluminium and compatible with MonkeyLink accessories. The integrated tapered headset ensures precise steering manoeuvres.

The bike is fitted with Schwalbe Nobby Nic Performance tyres in size 65-584, mounted on TRYP35 rims. The hubs are by Shimano: the MT410-B model at the front with a 15 mm thru-axle and the MT400-B model at the rear with a 12 mm thru-axle, both featuring the Centerlock system.

The saddle is a Selle Royal Vivo model, fitted to a Kalloy SP-719 aluminium seatpost with a diameter of 30.9 mm and a length of 350 mm. The saddle is secured using a black quick-release clamp.

The Nos 1.1 is fitted with an ABUS IT4 Xplus battery lock to ensure security. The bike is powered by an S-MAG Pro FIT motor made of magnesium, delivering 250 watts of power and 90 Nm of torque. The battery is a FIT Supercore model with a capacity of 750 Wh, controlled via a FIT Remote LCD display. The charger delivers a current of 4A.
