Hercules E-Imperial I-10

The Hercules E-Imperial I-10, model year 2022, is a high-quality e-bike designed specifically for demanding trekking tours. Priced at 3,999 EUR, it offers a wide range of technical features and a robust build. The frame is made from aluminium from the Trekking Sport Advanced series and is fitted with an integrated Bosch Powertube battery with a capacity of 625 Wh. Reliable braking performance is provided by Shimano MT410 hydraulic disc brakes with Shimano BL-MT402 brake levers and a front brake disc measuring 180 mm in diameter. Gear changes are handled by the Shimano Deore M5120, in combination with the Shimano Deore SL-M4100 shift lever and a Shimano Deore CS-M4100 cassette with 11-46T. The SR Suntour NEX-E25 HLO fork offers an adjustable travel of 63 mm and features a lockout function to lock the suspension in place when required.

Visibility is ensured by the HERCULES FH 100 LED front light, which provides up to 100 lux, and the Ivalo LED rear light integrated into the luggage rack. Comfort is ensured by the Selle Bassano SUPREMA saddle and the Zecure HD001 seatpost. The Zecure HD handlebars, with a 35° backsweep and a 20 mm rise, ensure an ergonomic riding position, whilst the Ergo grips with integrated clamping offer additional comfort.

The e-bike is fitted with Schwalbe Marathon Plus tyres, which are renowned for their puncture resistance, and mounted on Ryde Andra 40 rims. Power is transmitted via a KMC X10E chain, driven by the Samox EC38 crankset. The bike features a third-generation Bosch Performance Cruise motor with 250 watts of power and 65 Nm of torque, controlled via the Bosch Intuvia display.

Additional features include an aluminium Racktime luggage rack with the SnapIt system, SKS mudguards, a Pletscher Comp Flex 40 kickstand and an ABUS Pro Shield 5850 lock with a key-operated battery lock. The hubs are Shimano M4050 models with quick-release mechanisms and Centre Lock brake disc mounts.
