Ghost Square Urban Universal AL U

The 2021 "Square Urban Universal AL U" model from Ghost is a versatile city bike characterised by high-quality components and a well-thought-out design. The frame is made from SQUARE Urban AL and contributes to a maximum permissible weight of 140 kg, whilst the bike itself weighs 14 kg.

Braking performance is provided by Shimano BR-M315 2/2-piston 160 mm disc brakes, controlled by Shimano BL-M315 brake levers. The front brake disc is a Shimano SM-RT10 with a diameter of 160 mm. Gear changes are precise thanks to the Shimano Alfine SL-S700 gear lever. A GHOST AL rigid fork ensures the necessary stability and control.

Lighting is provided by the powerful Supernova E3 Pure3 front light and the Supernova Tail Light rear light, ensuring good visibility and safety on the road. The VP 836 pedals offer a secure grip, whilst the Thun Jive bottom bracket and the Gates Carbon Drive S150 46T crankset, in combination with the Gates Carbon Drive Polymer Ceramic 24 sprocket and the Gates Carbon Drive belt drive, ensure an efficient and low-maintenance drivetrain.

The Satori Deviant Bow handlebars, with a width of 700 mm and a rise of 12 mm, together with the Ergon GP10 grips, offer comfort and control. The stem is a GHOST SQUARE with a diameter of 31.8 mm. The Rodi Excalibur XC rims (622x19 mm, 32H) are fitted with Continental Contact Speed tyres (37-622), ensuring a smooth ride on urban roads.

The front hub is a KT Dynamo JH-KC6F QR, whilst the rear hub is a Shimano Alfine SG-S7001-11 11-speed hub, connected by DT Swiss 2.0 spokes. The saddle is a Justek 2059 HRN, mounted on a Satori HL Comet seatpost with a diameter of 31.6 mm and secured by a GHOST MTB seat clamp with a diameter of 34.9 mm.

Additional features such as the GHOST RG40 mudguards and the GHOST SQUARE Urban Carrier make the bike ideal for everyday use in the city. The model is available for €1,499 and offers a balanced combination of performance, comfort and functionality for urban cyclists.
