Fuji TOURING LTD

The "TOURING LTD" model from Fuji, released in 2021, is a versatile and robust bicycle that is ideal for longer rides and everyday use. The frame is made from Reynolds 520 chromoly steel and features mounts for a luggage rack and mudguards, as well as a pump pin and chain stay, making it particularly practical for everyday use.

The bike’s braking system consists of Shimano Alivio linear-pull brakes and matching brake levers, which ensure reliable braking performance. The gear system is also by Shimano Alivio and comprises a front derailleur, shift levers and a crankset with 48/36/26T sprockets, offering a wide range of gears for different terrains. The drivetrain is complemented by a KMC X9 chain.

The bike’s fork is made from chromoly with a 1 1/8-inch head tube and features flat disc brake mounts as well as mounts for bottle cages and a low-rider luggage rack. The bottom bracket is a Shimano cartridge bearing, renowned for its durability. The pedals are made from a lightweight aluminium alloy and provide a stable platform.

The handlebars are made of aluminium with a slight rise of 18 mm and a 6-degree drop, which contributes to a comfortable ride. The grips are Velo Comfort Sport models, which offer extra comfort on long rides. The stem is made from 3D-forged 6061 aluminium and offers an angle of +/-6 degrees to adjust the handlebar position. The FSA headset is also sealed, ensuring smooth steering.

The TOURING LTD is fitted with Vittoria Randonneur tyres in size 42-622, which are renowned for their puncture resistance and durability. The wheelset consists of Alex double-walled rims with Shimano hubs, providing a stable and reliable foundation for the bike. The saddle is an Oval Concepts 344 model with steel rails, mounted on a 6061 aluminium seatpost with a diameter of 27.2 mm.

The specification is rounded off by polycarbonate mudguards with stainless steel fittings, which offer comprehensive protection against splash water.
