Fuji DYNAMITE 20

The "DYNAMITE 20" model from Fuji, released in 2021, is a children’s bike that has been carefully designed in terms of both style and functionality. Priced at 379 EUR, it offers a solid specification for young cyclists. The frame is made from A1-SL aluminium and features a replaceable derailleur hanger, ensuring durability and easy maintenance.

The brakes are made from aluminium and designed as linear-pull brakes, guaranteeing reliable braking performance. The matching brake levers are also made of aluminium and are specifically designed as short-reach 2-finger levers to suit the small hands of young riders.

The bike is fitted with a Shimano Tourney gear system, operated via a Shimano Tourney REVO shifter and offering 6 gears. This allows for easy handling and adaptation to different types of terrain. The Zoom CH-386 fork, with 40 mm of travel, helps to absorb shocks on uneven terrain.

The pedals are made from durable resin, combining both robustness and lightweight construction. The bottom bracket is waterproof and fitted with loose balls, whilst the Fuji crankset, with a length of 140 mm and 36 teeth, ensures efficient power transfer. Power is transmitted via a KMC HV500 chain.

The handlebars are flat steel handlebars from Fuji, complemented by single-layer Kraton grips that offer comfort and a secure grip. The stem is also made of steel and has a 1 1/8-inch diameter and a 15-degree rise, which promotes a comfortable riding position. The headset is fitted with sealed bearings to ensure smooth steering.

The bike’s tyres are Kenda Small Block Eight, measuring 20” x 2.1” with a thread count of 30 tpi, which provide good traction. The wheelset consists of aluminium rims from Fuji, combined with Fuji 32H hubs and black spokes, which give the bike both stability and an attractive appearance.

The spec is rounded off by a Selle Royal saddle, which ensures comfort, and a steel seatpost with a diameter of 27.2 mm. Overall, the DYNAMITE 20 is a well-equipped children’s bike that performs well both on the road and on gentle terrain.
