Focus Planet² 6.8 ABS

The "Planet² 6.8 ABS" model from the Focus brand from 2024 is a versatile e-bike that is equipped with a range of high-quality technical features. The frame is made of 7005 hydroformed aluminium and offers a modern and robust design with a 148x12 mm thru-axle system and internal cable routing. A USB-C port is also integrated to charge additional devices on the go. The total permissible weight of the bike is 150 kg, making it a solid choice for rider and luggage.

Braking power is provided by the Magura MTC ABS system, which is equipped with hydraulic ABS disc brakes and 2-piston brake callipers. 203 mm brake discs are used at both the front and rear, ensuring reliable deceleration. With 10 gears, the Shimano Cues gear system offers a good gear range, which is supported by the Shimano CS-LG300 sprocket (11-48T). The crankset is made of aluminium and complements the drive system, which is operated by a KMC X10 chain.

The Suntour Mobie34 Air suspension fork with a travel of 100 mm and a 15 mm thru-axle system ensures a comfortable ride even on uneven terrain. Lighting is provided by the Litemove RXE-90 front light with 90 lux and the TRELOCK LS421 rear light with brake light function, which ensures increased safety when riding at night.

The RODI TRYP25 rims in combination with Schwalbe Smart Sam tyres (2.25) provide a reliable basis for different riding conditions. The Bosch Performance CX Smart motor with 85 Nm torque and an output of 250 W, combined with the 625 Wh battery, provides sufficient support for long rides. The Bosch LED Remote + Intuvia 100 display makes it easy to control and monitor the system settings.

Additional features such as the Selle Royal TCM saddle, the aluminium seat post, plastic mudguards with edge protection and a Racktime Snap-It pannier rack with a maximum load capacity of 25 kg round off the overall package.
