FLYER Uproc X 8.70

The "Uproc X 8.70" from FLYER from 2023 is a high-quality e-mountainbike that is characterised by its robust construction and modern equipment. With a price tag of EUR 7999, it offers a combination of performance and technology designed for demanding riders. The frame is made of lightweight yet strong carbon fibre, resulting in a total weight of 26 kg. The permissible total weight is 140 kg, which ensures a high load capacity.

The bike is suitable for riders between 165 cm and 175 cm tall. It is equipped with reliable Shimano XT BR-M8120 brakes, which are combined with Shimano SLX SM-RT66L 203 mm brake discs at both the front and rear to provide excellent braking performance. The drive is provided by a Shimano XT 12-speed shifter, which, in conjunction with a Shimano XT CS-M8100 sprocket, enables precise shifting performance.

The suspension consists of a Fox 36 Float Performance E-Optimised fork and a Fox Float X Performance shock, both with 150 mm travel, which ensures a smooth ride on uneven terrain. The Panasonic GX Ultimate FIT motor, together with the powerful 750 Wh battery, offers impressive support and range. The FIT DSP1-M display provides all the important information on a 2-inch colour display.

The handlebar is a Hayes ProTaper Carbon with a width of 810 mm and a rise of 25 mm, which enables comfortable and controlled steering. The tyres are Onza Porcupine TRC mounted on a DT Swiss H 1900 Spline wheelset to provide excellent traction and stability. The saddle is a Fizik Aidon mounted on a KS LEV Integra seatpost with an adjustment range of 150 mm.

Additional features such as the MonkeyLink Connect ready front light and the MonkeyLink Recharge ready rear light round off the equipment. With a geometry that includes a reach of 445 mm, a stack of 622 mm and a head tube angle of 64 degrees, the Uproc X 8.70 offers a balanced riding position for optimum control and comfort on demanding trails.
