FLYER Uproc EVO:X 6.10

The Uproc EVO:X 6.10 model from FLYER, released in 2024, is a high-quality e-mountain bike that, with a price tag of 8,199 EUR, is positioned in the premium segment. The bike’s frame is made of carbon, contributing to a total weight of 26 kg and allowing for a maximum rider weight of 140 kg. The bike is specifically designed for riders between 155 cm and 165 cm in height.

In terms of brakes, the Uproc EVO:X 6.10 is fitted with Shimano MT520 brakes at both the front and rear, including the brake levers. The brake discs are Shimano SLX SM-RT66L 6L with a diameter of 203 mm, ensuring reliable braking performance. Gear shifting is handled by the Shimano Deore SL-M6100-R 12-speed shifter, whilst the cassette is also from Shimano Deore and offers a range of 10–51 teeth.

Suspension is provided by a Fox 38 Float Rhythm E-Optimised fork with 170 mm of travel and a Fox Float X Performance shock with 165 mm of travel, ensuring excellent damping and control on rough terrain. The lighting is MonkeyLink Connect-ready at the front and MonkeyLink Recharge-ready at the rear, enabling easy operation and integration.

The bike is fitted with VP 532 pedals, a Samox EC40 crankset and a Shimano CN-M6100 drivetrain. The FLYER Alloy handlebars are 780 mm wide, with a 25 mm rise and a 9-degree backsweep, contributing to a comfortable and controlled riding position. The stem is a Satori Ursa with a length of 35 mm.

The wheelsets consist of Alexrims MD30 rims with Onza Aquila GRC tyres and DT Swiss Champion spokes, ensuring stability and traction. The hubs are Formula DC-711 at the front and Formula EHL-148M at the rear. The saddle is a Fizik Aidon model, mounted on a KS LEV Integra seatpost with a 125 mm Vario adjustment range.

The Uproc EVO:X 6.10 is powered by a Bosch Performance CX motor, paired with a Bosch PowerTube 750 battery with a capacity of 750 Wh. The Bosch System Controller display offers intuitive operation, whilst the Bosch Standard Charger 4A ensures efficient charging.

The bike’s geometry features a reach of 430 mm, a stack of 623 mm, a seat tube length of 395 mm and a top tube length of 582 mm. The head tube angle is 64 degrees and the seat tube angle is 76 degrees, resulting in an optimal balance between stability and agility. Other dimensions include a head tube length of 100 mm, a chainstay length of 445 mm and a wheelbase of 1215 mm. With a bottom bracket height of 352 mm and a standover height of 770 mm, the bike offers a comfortable riding experience.
