Excelsior Swagger Diamant

The "Swagger Diamant" model from Excelsior, released in 2024, is a well-equipped bicycle priced at 749 EUR. The frame is made of aluminium in a classic diamond design with a frame size of 57 cm. The maximum load capacity is 120 kg, whilst the bicycle itself weighs 13 kg.

The braking system comprises PROMAX “TX123” V-brakes at both the front and rear, complemented by PROMAX aluminium brake levers, which ensure reliable braking power. The gear system is a 7-speed Shimano ‘Nexus’ LL, operated via the SHIMANO ‘Nexus’ gear lever. Power is transmitted via a KMC Z6 chain, whilst the chainring has 42 teeth and is paired with a 20-tooth sprocket.

The bike’s fork is a Unicrown, and the pedals are MARWI model SP-822 N. The bottom bracket is a VP type with a length of 118 mm, and the crankset is a combination of aluminium and steel from PROWHEEL. The handlebars are 560 mm wide HL MTB aluminium bars, complemented by VELO leather-look grips and a KALLOY “AS-601” stem with a length of 105 mm.

The rims are 36-hole hollow-section rims, laced with stainless steel spokes. The tyres are Schwalbe “Delta Cruiser” in size 37-622, fitted to both the front and rear. The front hub is a 36-hole aluminium model from JOY TECH, whilst the rear hub is the SHIMANO “Nexus” 7-speed LL. The saddle is also from VELO in a leather-look finish, mounted on a PROMAX seatpost made of aluminium with a diameter of 27.2 mm and a length of 300 mm.

The “Swagger Diamant” thus offers a balanced combination of functionality and comfort, ideal for urban use or leisurely rides in the countryside.
