The 2020 ‘15ZEHN EXT Bosch Performance Line CX’ model from the ‘e-bike manufaktur’ brand is a high-performance e-bike fitted with a wide range of high-quality components. The 6061 aluminium frame with Bosch interface provides a stable and durable foundation. Weighing in at 7 kg, this e-bike offers an impressive balance of lightness and robustness.

Braking performance is provided by Shimano BR-MT200 brakes with a 180 mm diameter, which, in combination with the Shimano Altus 3-finger brake levers, ensure reliable control. The drivetrain consists of Shimano Deore XT components, controlled via Shimano Deore shifters, enabling precise gear changes.

The aluminium Suntour Mobie25 Air suspension fork, with a 27.5-inch diameter, contributes to a comfortable ride by effectively absorbing bumps. Lighting is provided by the Busch&Müller Lumotec IQ-XS front light (70 LUX) and the Busch&Müller Shine Evo LED rear light, which ensure good visibility and safety on the road.

The e-bike is fitted with VP-617 aluminium pedals and a Lasco aluminium crankset, combined with a 38-tooth KMC chainring. The Shimano Deore cassette offers a gear ratio of 11–36 teeth, whilst power is transmitted via a KMC E10 chain.

The Humpert Ergotec Ergobügel handlebars and Ergon GP1 grips ensure ergonomic and comfortable handling. The stem is a Humpert Ergotec Piranha with a diameter of 31.8 mm, complemented by the Acros AZX-212 R5 headset.

The Ryde Andra 40 Disc aluminium hollow-wall rims are fitted with Schwalbe Super Moto-X tyres in size 62-584, which offer additional safety thanks to their reflective strips. The hubs, also from Shimano Alivio, contribute to the stability and reliability of the wheelset.

The Selle Royal Essenza saddle, mounted on a Humpert Skalar aluminium seatpost, provides additional comfort. Aluminium Racktime Wingee mudguards offer protection against splashing water, whilst the Pletscher Comp Flex rear stand ensures the bike stands securely. The luggage rack is integrated into the frame and features the Racktime system with a spring-loaded flap, making it particularly practical for carrying luggage.

The Bosch Performance Line CX mid-drive motor, with an output of 250 watts, is powered by a fully integrated Bosch frame battery, which has a voltage of 36 volts and a capacity of 17.4 + 13.4 Ah. The Bosch Kiox display offers intuitive control and an overview of all relevant ride data. The price for this fully equipped e-bike is 5,249 EUR.
