Conway RLC 9.9

The Conway RLC 9.9, launched in 2022, is a high-quality mountain bike fitted with a wide range of top-class components. The price for this model is 5,999 EUR. The braking system comprises SRAM ‘Level Ultimate’ brakes and brake levers in the eye-catching Rainbow design, complemented by SRAM ‘Centerline X’ brake discs with a diameter of 180 mm at the front and 160 mm at the rear. The drivetrain is an electronic SRAM “XX1 Eagle AXS” 12-speed system, which, in combination with the SRAM “Eagle AXS” shifter, ensures precise and rapid gear changes.

The DT “F232 ONE” fork offers 100 mm of travel, ideal for challenging trails. The bottom bracket is a SRAM ‘PF 92 DUB’, whilst the cassette is a SRAM ‘XG 1299 Eagle’ with a range of 10 to 52 teeth in a Rainbow design. The drivetrain is completed by SRAM “XX1 Eagle” components in a Rainbow design. The handlebars are RACEFACE “Next Carbon” with a diameter of 35 mm and a width of 760 mm, ensuring stable and comfortable handling. The grips are SQlab “70X”, which provide additional comfort.

The stem is a RACEFACE “Turbine SL” with a length of 80 mm and a diameter of 35 mm. The headset is an IS42 / ZS56 with a Blocklock function, which enhances steering precision. The DT SWISS “XRC1501” rims are robust and lightweight, combined with SCHWALBE “Racing Ray” EVO Addix tyres in size 60-622, which are foldable and feature a Transparent Skin. The hubs are also DT SWISS “XRC1501”, with a mounting width of 15x110 mm at the front and 12x148 mm at the rear, connected by DT SWISS spokes.

The saddle is a CONWAY “1489 super light”, which offers comfort on long rides, whilst the seatpost is a RACEFACE “Next Carbon” with a diameter of 27.2 mm and a length of 400 mm. Overall, the RLC 9.9 is a well-designed and high-performance mountain bike aimed at ambitious riders who value quality and performance.
