Conway MC 200 suspension

The "MC 200 suspension" model from Conway, released in 2023, offers a solid spec at a price of 599 EUR. The frame is made of aluminium in a diamond design and measures 23 cm, making the bike robust yet lightweight. With a total weight of 10 kg, it is easy to handle and has a maximum load capacity of 45 kg.

Braking performance is provided by the SACCON “V-Brake” system, complemented by TEKTRO brake levers, ensuring reliable braking. The front brake is also fitted with a SACCON ‘V-Brake’. The gear system is a 7-speed SHIMANO ‘TX-35’, operated via SHIMANO ‘SL-RS45’ shift levers, which allows for easy and precise gear selection.

The SUNTOUR “M3010” fork offers 40 mm of travel, providing comfortable suspension on uneven terrain. For lighting, the bike is fitted with an AXA “Ecoline 15” LED front light with 15 lux and a SPANNINGA “Pixeo” rear light, powered by a SHIMANO “DHC3000” QR hub dynamo.

Other features include MARWI “SP-202” pedals, a THUN bottom bracket, an aluminium crankset with 32 teeth and a length of 127 mm, and a SHIMANO “HG20” sprocket. Power is transmitted via a KMC “Z50” chain. The handlebars – a youth model with a width of 500 mm – and the CONWAY “Junior” grips ensure comfortable handling. The stem is a ONE Sport A-Head model, whilst the headset is sized EC34 / EC34.

The bike is fitted with CONWAY hollow-wall “J 19” rims and SCHWALBE “Big Apple” tyres in size 50-406 with reflective strips, which ensure good road holding. The front hub is a SHIMANO “DHC3000” QR dynamo hub and the rear hub is a KT aluminium QR hub, both fitted with black steel spokes. The saddle is the CONWAY “Junior” model, mounted on a ONE Sport seatpost with a diameter of 27.2 mm.

Plastic mudguards offer protection against splashes, whilst an aluminium kickstand ensures the bike stands securely. Overall, the Conway MC 200 suspension is a well-equipped bike that is particularly suitable for young riders looking for a reliable and lightweight bike.
