Cannondale Habit 3

The Cannondale Habit 3 from 2024 is a versatile mountain bike that is particularly characterised by its robust construction and high-quality equipment. The frame of the Habit 3 is made of Habit SmartForm C1 Alloy and has 130 mm of travel. The Proportional Response Suspension and Geo system ensures optimum adjustment of the suspension and geometry to different frame sizes, while the 55 mm chainline and ISCG05 mount offer additional versatility. The frame is also equipped with a BSA threaded bottom bracket and a post-mount brake mount.

The braking system consists of SRAM G2 R hydraulic disc brakes with 180 mm CentreLine rotors front and rear. These brakes offer reliable and powerful braking performance in all conditions. Shifting is provided by the SRAM NX Eagle 12-speed system, which enables precise and smooth gear changes. The shift lever is also a SRAM NX Eagle 12-speed model.

The handlebar of the Cannondale Habit 3 is a Cannondale 3 Riser made of 6061 aluminium with a width of 780 mm, a rise of 15 mm, a backsweep of 8 degrees and an upsweep of 4 degrees. The grips are Cannondale TrailShroom, while the stem is also made of Cannondale 3 6061 aluminium and has a diameter of 31.8 mm and an angle of 0 degrees. The headset is an integrated, sealed bearing with a conical design.

The wheels are Stan's NoTubes Arch D rims with 32 spokes and are tubeless-ready. The tyres are Maxxis Dissector at the front and Maxxis Rekon at the rear, both in size 29x2.4" (27.5x2.4" for XS) and with EXO protection as well as tubeless-ready.

The hubs are Shimano MT400 at the front with a 15x110 mm thru axle and Shimano MT410 at the rear with a 12x148 mm thru axle. The spokes are made of stainless steel and are 14 g thick.

The saddle is a Cannondale Scoop Shallow Sport with steel stays, mounted on a TranzX Vario seatpost with internal cable routing and an adjustment range of 130 mm (XS-S) or 150 mm (M-XL).

The bike has a gross weight of around 50,000 g.
