Cannondale Bad Boy 2

The "Bad Boy 2" model from the Cannondale brand from 2024 is an urban bike that is characterised by its robust construction and sophisticated features. The frame is made of SmartForm C2 aluminium and has an integrated Urban Armor bumper as well as a BSA threaded bottom bracket and a 1-1/8" head tube. This construction provides a solid basis for everyday use in the city.

The braking system consists of Tektro M275 hydraulic disc brakes with 160 mm rotors at the front and rear, which ensure reliable braking performance. The handlebar is a Cannondale 3 Riser made of 6061 aluminium with a width of 680 mm, a rise of 18 mm, a backsweep of 8 degrees and an upsweep of 4 degrees. The grips are comfortably designed and contribute to the ergonomics of the bike. The stem is also made of 6061 aluminium, has a length of 60 mm and ensures a stable connection between the handlebars and frame. The headset is semi-integrated, which contributes to the sleek look of the bike.

The rims are double eyelet Cannondale models with 32 spoke holes which, in combination with the 650b x 40c WTB Byway tyres, ensure good riding characteristics. The front hub is a Lefty 50, while the rear hub is a Formula DC-1422 QR. The spokes are made of stainless steel with a thickness of 14g.

The saddle is a Cannondale Urban model mounted on a LightSkin seatpost with integrated LED rear light. This seat post has a diameter of 31.6 mm and is also rechargeable via USB. The total weight of the bike is 36 kg.
