The Habit Neo 3’s frame consists of a BallisTec Carbon front triangle and a SmartForm C1 Alloy swingarm, providing a combination of lightness and stability. The front hub is a Formula (DC-51131, 15x110 mm thru-axle) and the rear hub is a Shimano (FH-MT410-B, 12x148 mm thru-axle), complemented by DT Swiss Champion spokes.

The handlebars are Cannondale 3 Riser made from 6061 alloy, and the stem is also by Cannondale and made from the same material. The TranzX dropper seatpost, with internal cable routing and variable drop (125 mm for size SM, 130 mm for sizes MD, LG and XL), provides additional comfort. The saddle is a Fabric Scoop Shallow Sport with steel struts.

The drivetrain is assisted by a Bosch Performance Line CX motor with 250 W of power. The battery is a Bosch PowerTube with a capacity of 625 Wh, and the display is the Bosch Purion. A Bosch 4A charger is used for recharging.
