The E-Ville Expert’s frame is made from a lightweight AL-6061 tube set and is designed for 28-inch wheels. The hubs are also from Shimano, with the front hub (HB-MT400) designed for Centre Lock disc brakes and the rear hub (Nexus SG-C7000-5) featuring a freewheel. The saddle is a Selle Royal Lookin BGM Basic Athletic model, fitted to a BGM Pro seatpost.

Additional features include Racktime Alumee mudguards, a Syncros kickstand and a Racktime E-Ville Carrier luggage rack with the Snapit 2.0 system. Power is provided by a fourth-generation Bosch Performance Line CX motor, which, with an output of 250 W and a voltage of 36 V, offers maximum assistance up to a speed of 25 km/h. The Bosch PowerTube battery, with a capacity of 625 Wh, ensures a long range, whilst the Bosch LED Remote with Kiox 300 display clearly shows all the key information.
