The frame is a dream. Rarely has hydroforming technology been used more successfully than on the 1500 gram XTC chassis. Varying tube shapes, great workmanship and a look similar to titanium. The bike would immediately turn you on if it weren't for the extremely heavy wheels and the well-functioning but also heavy fork. Giant is carrying almost two kilos more than the competition. Even the favourable price can't make up for this. The handling is correspondingly sluggish.
