Many bikers are likely to have a Rose Bruce in their garage. After all, the dirt bike from the direct mail order company is not only attractively priced but was also a BIKE test winner. Now there is a successor that is supposed to be even better. We have all the information on the new Rose Bruce 2025.

Topics in this article

The Rose Bruce is an old acquaintance. The Bocholt-based mail order company can look back on a proud 15 years of experience in the development of dirt bikes. Dirt bikes are currently experiencing something of a second spring, as a pump track or dirt spot has sprung up in every second village in recent years.

So it's only fitting that Rose is relaunching the Bruce for the start of the bike season. Our test of the predecessor model proved that the Dirtbe can deliver value for money. Patricia Druwen and Tobey Miley, among others, regularly demonstrate on the big jumps of the Crankworx courses that the Rose The Bruce can also master slopestyle at the highest level in the right hands. Whether it's trick fireworks on the dirtline or flow on the pump track: in its latest development stage, the Rose Bruce is set to win over even more bikers.

Strong in design and features

At first glance, there may not seem to be much to a dirt bike like the Rose Bruce. This makes the details all the more important. During the development process, Rose attached great importance to clear edges and a clean look that speaks the company's design language.

Among other things, the dropouts have been revised to make it even easier to tension the chain of the single-speed drivetrain. A standard 100 millimetres of travel from the tried-and-tested Rockshox Pike DJ or Manitou Circus dirt jump forks also cushions hard impacts.

Uncomplicated rear brakes from Sram or Shimano bring dirt bikers to a halt after fast runs. The wheels and cockpit come from Rose's own brand. In this way, the mail order company aims to combine high functionality with a fair price.

Models & Price

Rose offers the Bruce in two equipment variants. Both come with an updated aluminium frame and in a new colour scheme, which is aptly named "Cloud". The dirt bike can be ordered in two different sizes. In this way, Rose wants to ensure that young riders can also enjoy a suitable bike and that bikers can choose the frame size according to their personal needs.

The smaller size M promises more agile handling, good for nimble use in the skate park, for example. Size L should be a little smoother and therefore score points on fast dirt runs, for example. Both frame sizes have a chainstay length of 375 to 389 millimetres in common for fast turns on the pump track and the joy of turning during rotation tricks.
