MTB bargains in September: Bargain alert: These items are now heavily discounted

It’s mad how much some things cost in the MTB world. You can easily end up spending 300–400 euros on a jersey, shorts and a rain jacket. But there’s some good news: lots of manufacturers are keen to clear their winter collections from last year and are offering hefty discounts. Those willing to compromise on colour or who don’t need standard sizes stand to benefit the most. We’ve had a look around and found some great deals. Here are our bargains. ​Giant Revolt 2 – Gravel Bike – 2026

The Giant Revolt 2 is an aluminium all-rounder. A carbon fork ensures a smooth ride, and with a flip-chip dropout you can adjust the wheelbase and tyre clearance.

​Trek FUEL EXe 8 GX AXS – 2025

The Fuel EXe, with 150/140-millimetre travel, is a classic minimal-assist bike. In other words: a small motor, a small battery, but loads of fun. And plenty of that BioBike feel. The tried-and-tested TQ-60 motor delivers a smooth start, whilst the 360 Wh battery is nice and light and fits perfectly into the streamlined E-Light bike concept. It also features the SRAM GX Eagle AXS e-shifting system, a FOX Rhythm 36 fork and a performance rear suspension. According to the manufacturer, the bike weighs in at just under 21 kilos.

The manufacturer says: “This is the right bike for you if: you prefer the handling of a playful trail bike and want to benefit from helpful assistance on challenging climbs.” And because it’s a 2025 model, there’s currently a massive discount.
