Bulls presents the Grinder 3 as a new gravel bike, a reference to the 60th anniversary of ZEG as a purchasing cooperative for specialist retailers in 2026. The bike combines an aluminium frame with a carbon fork and is equipped with a Shimano GRX groupset.

It has hydraulic disc brakes and 45 millimetre wide tyres. Bulls specifies a total weight of 10.6 kilograms for the bike with a medium frame height. The anniversary model will be available from October 2025 for €1,499.

Bulls Grinder 3 comes with a robust aluminium frame

According to the manufacturer, the Bulls Grinder 3 is also intended to document the brand's experience from ten years of gravel bike development and production. It is designed as a versatile bike that is suitable for sporty rides as well as for everyday use and travelling.

The basis is a robust aluminium frame with a carbon fork, which has numerous attachment points for bikepacking bags, for example. The geometry of the frame was deliberately chosen not to be too sporty in order to allow less experienced riders a comfortable riding position.

Comprehensive equipment

Shimano's GRX groupset comes with an emphatically wide-range cassette (10-51 teeth) and a single 40 t chainring; this means that the gearing provides a significant reduction ratio that allows you to conquer steep climbs - even with luggage.

Hydraulic disc brakes stop the bike safely on the way downhill. Integrated cables contribute to the tidy appearance of the bike and are not in the way when, for example, a light or handlebar bag needs to be mounted. Schwalbe's G-One RX in a width of 45 millimetres is a smooth-running tyre with a grippy profile that underlines the versatile off-road orientation of the Grinder 3.

The bike can also be retrofitted with mudguards and a pannier rack. The installation of a hub dynamo is also possible. The sales launch is planned for mid-October 2025 and the recommended retail price is €1,499.
