In 2016, Vpace launched the innovative Children's hardtail Max made of aluminium named after the designer's son. The modern carbon version of the children's hardtail - the MAXC26 - rolls on 26" wheels that are oversized for the frame. Vpace calls this the "29er principle". On the trail, the large wheels roll well over obstacles and the geometry places children low on the bike. Together with the child-friendly cockpit and the matching carbon levers on Magura's top brakes, kids stay in control even on difficult descents. Thanks to the suspension fork and grippy tyres, the children's mountain bike literally flies over the roots.
"When I start pedalling, the Vpace kids' bike really takes off. It's really cool how light the bike is. I like it because of the suspension fork and because I can jump a bit on it."
