The recently launched Specialized Levo 4 has already achieved top marks in our test system. With prices ranging from € 7999 to an impressive € 14,500, it is aimed at the upper end of the market. Now Specialized is adding two aluminium models for 5999 and 6999 euros.

With the Levo 4 Comp Alloy and the Levo 4 Alloy, Specialized is expanding its Levo series downwards. Apart from the frame material and equipment, the two new aluminium Levos also have the same key data and features as their expensive carbon siblings. The M5 aluminium frames also offer 160 millimetres of travel at the fork and 150 millimetres at the rear. The Specialized motor and the removable 840 Wh battery, which can optionally be swapped for a 600 Wh battery, are also the same. Alternatively, the bike can be ridden with a 280 Wh range extender in addition or even exclusively.
