The Bulls Wild Ronin Team has striking lines. However, after a year of endurance testing, little remains of the initial euphoria.

The image transformation that Bulls has undergone in recent years is unrivalled. If you had to describe it in one word, "meteoric" would probably fit best. With consistent investment in professional sport and the strategically skilful expansion of its model range, the Cologne-based company with the good-and-favourable image has become a market player to be taken seriously in the high-end segment. Industry insiders now even know that Bulls has long since left most of its competitors behind in the battle for the best price-performance ratio in sports bikes.

The Wild Ronin Team fits perfectly into the price-performance image. For 4499 euros, it rolls on the finest carbon wheels from DT Swiss. The suspension is the best you can buy from technology leader Fox. The 2680 gram carbon frame (without shock) enables a sensational total weight of 12.75 kilos without pedals.

And the sporting reputation of the Wild Ronin is also impressive: In 2018, Christian Textor won the German Enduro Championships on a Wild Ronin. In 2020, the model received the test rating "very good" in two BIKE comparison tests in different price categories. In the Comparison test of all-mountain bikes under 3000 euros was even enough for the tip among the specialist retail brands.

You can find the detailed endurance test of the Bulls Wild Ronin Team from BIKE 11/2020 as a PDF in the download section below.

The test costs 0.99 euros. Why not free of charge? Because quality journalism has a price. In return, we guarantee independence and objectivity. This applies in particular to the tests in BIKE. We don't pay for them, but the opposite is the case: we charge for them - hundreds of thousands of euros every year.
