In addition, a MIPS layer is integrated into the fit system. This is designed to minimise rotational forces in the event of an accident – thereby reducing the likelihood of concussion. In typical enduro style, the Rootage 2 is extremely deep-cut at the temples and around the nape of the neck to maximise the protective surface area.
Flat, adjustable Y-straps and the tried-and-tested Ergomatic chin strap ensure a personalised fit. The high-quality triple-shell construction protects the helmet from external impacts and gives it a cool look. The painted, adjustable visor protects you from the glare of the sun, flying mud and branches hanging over the trail.
