Your old bike has been bumming around in the cellar for long enough. We show you how to get it back in shape, where tuning measures are worthwhile and what you need to invest in new parts.

The bike stands in the dark corner of the cellar like an ageing athlete. Yet it was once a vital, sparkling full-suspension. This is probably what happens to many old bikes. If they no longer deliver full performance, they are replaced.
