Lake Garda probably has the largest trail network of all the Trentino bike spots. This makes it the European favourite of all bikers to this day. But what it doesn't have: Lifts and trails specially built for bikers. Other regions in the Trentino definitely better. Namely these 8 bike parks between the Dolomites, Brenta and the world champion spot Val di Sole:
The locals on the Cima Paganella have been shovelling their paradise since 2010. At first it was just a few stepped rocky trails, but soon three different bike zones emerged: the Molveno zone with flow lines, the Andalo zone with playful, red to dark red descents and the Fai zone, which is home to the gritty, black lines. But the bike park between Brenta and Lake Molveno continues to grow: with the almost 3.5-kilometre-long "Duel" trail and the "Top Gun", which will open this year, the bike park zones are now seamlessly connected. Clearly one of the best bike parks in the Alps!
Three days of pure bike festival madness: this year, the new "Top Gun" connecting trail will be officially opened with the grand opening of the season. The bike industry will also be handing out brand new bike park equipment in the form of bikes and accessories. The whole event will be accompanied by DJ tunes "all day long" and great live concerts in the evening.
Date: 29-31 May 2026
Riding technique, new bikes and accessories, wine tasting, eating together, drinking Aperol and partying right on the shores of Lake Molveno - the event by women for women.
Since 2008, Val di Sole has already hosted seven downhill and fourcross world championships. It's time again at the end of August. The advantage for all other park visitors: not only the famous Black Snake World Cup course (2.3 km), but also the other four lines, some of which are much easier, are constantly being kept in shape.
A real highlight in the park is the fourcross course at the end: 600 metres of jumps, banked turns and other features await - free access. If you have a Gravity Card, you can use it here for the first time this summer!
The park is located just behind Malé, at the north-eastern entrance to the valley in Commezzadura and has been organising World Cups and World Championships since 2008.
The fastest racers in all categories will compete in Daolasa in August: Cross Country, Downhill, E-MTB and Short Track. The downhill elite in particular have a love-hate relationship with the iconic "Black Snake" descent. Anyone who pulls off a flawless performance here really deserves the rainbow jersey.
Date: 26-30 August 2026
One day after the MTB World Championships, Scott and Val di Sole Bikeland are organising a youth camp (11-17 years) on the world champion trails of Commezzadura. A spectator ticket for the World Championships itself is included free of charge!
The bike park with two faces: on the Tonale Pass side, 1.2 to 3.4 kilometres of descents await with the finest flow and views as far as the Presanella glacier, Brenta and Ortler. There are also three special trails for very young riders.
If you switch to the Ponte di Legno and Temù side, however, everything changes: these six forest descents require significantly more knowledge of natural rock and root treatment. As the lifts here shuttle up to an altitude of 2242 metres, the season is relatively short.
Note: In summer 2026, the bike park in Tonale on the Trentino side will be closed due to construction work on the Valbiolo line.
Located in the heart of the Dolomites UNESCO World Heritage Site and so widely branched out between Col Rodella and Belvedere that its 18 trails can be reached from three locations. The cable cars in Campitello, Canazei and Alba take you to the access points at an altitude of over 2000 metres. At the top, you have a 360-degree view of the most beautiful mountains in the world. It is fitting that the trails initially wind playfully through the alpine meadows. But as soon as you reach the tree line, you should concentrate on the much steeper, stepped and rocky hairpin bends in front of the suspension fork. It's no coincidence that the enduro elite are looking forward to the World Cup event in the Fassa Bike Park again this year. German racer Ines Thoma advises: "With the lifts, you can also reach any number of panoramic trails outside the already gigantic bike park!"
Val di Fassa hosted the first ever Enduro World Championships in 2024. This year, the World Cup will be held here again. Much to the delight of enduro racers, as no other venue can compete with this Dolomite backdrop.
Date: 26 - 28 June
Above the Valsugana, on the high plateau of Alpe Cimbra, there are two bike parks. One is the Bikepark Lavarone in Bertoldiwhich offers a chairlift with four different descents. And since 2023, Folgaria has been home to the Bike Park FolgaRide on Monte Maggio. Two routes of up to 4.4 kilometres in length with creative wooden elements await here, while a third called "Folga Natural" is due to open in May and will be inaugurated with an enduro race.
Enduro-Race: The Bike Park FolgaRide will start this year (end of May) for the first time with an Enduro-Race. The date and procedure will be announced in detail here: folgaride.alpecimbrabike.it
There are actually two small parks basking in the gigantic Pala Group backdrop. That's why it's not referred to as a bike park, but as the San Martino Bike Arena. The fact is: you need a lot of suspension travel and a good eye for line choice for the four lines on the Alpe Toniola. Especially for the legendary, steep, blocked and five-kilometre-long "Thriller" line. The relatively new lines on the neighbouring Colbricon lift are easier to surf and are connected to the Bike Arena via the "Paludis" trail. Only the Jumpline should be approached with a little more caution.
