Preparation (approx. 10-30 min)

An ideal, quick snack before training or a long bike tour. Cook the brown rice until it has softened. Depending on the type of rice, this can take 20-30 minutes. Stir the quark with the water and agave juice until creamy. Then cut the banana and figs into pieces. Put everything on a plate and finally fold in the blueberries.

It's quicker this way: Pre-cook the rice, cover it and it will keep for several days in the fridge. This reduces the preparation time to ten minutes.

This is what ecotrophologist Günter Wagner says:

"Very good pre-tour meal. In addition to a physiologically sensible high carbohydrate content and carbohydrate content, it is also a high-quality source of protein. Suitable for both a high-carb and a high-protein diet. In addition, the ratio of omega-6 fatty acids to omega-3 fatty acids is perfectly achieved at 3:1.
Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) contributes to normal energy metabolism, while vitamin B 3 (niacin) can help to reduce tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin B 6 (pyridoxine) contributes to normal protein and carbohydrate metabolism, vitamin H (biotin) contributes to the normal metabolism of macronutrients and vitamin B 12 contributes to the normal function of the immune system."
