However, before buying a new saddle, which can be expensive, it is definitely worth trying out the fine adjustment options of your own saddle first. If these measures do not bring any improvement, it is advisable to buy a new saddle. The best choice of padding depends on how the bike is used: the longer the distances, the firmer the saddle should be.
