Bikers are abdominal muscle bottles: When you pedal, some of the power is lost in your core. With the Dr Core sports club, we have created the perfect workout for a strong core.
1. side support on box
Lie on your side and place your feet on top of each other on a chair or stool. Viewed from above, your body forms a line. Now raise your hips to the maximum and stretch your upper arm upwards.
