TAKE PAIN SERIOUSLY!

The knee problem

Even pros like Markus Kaufmann know that knee pain can be torture when cycling: "I injured my knee at the DM and still kept training. The end of the story was that I ended up having an MRI and had to rest my joint for several weeks." But it's not just falls that can cause knee pain, but also a poor bike position, muscular imbalances and weak arches.
