Stretching with a partner

Chest muscles

Execution: Hold partner with outstretched arm against the

shoulder with an outstretched arm. Turn your head in the opposite direction and feel your chest muscles stretch. Alternatively, do this alone against a wall. Also with arm at a 90 degree angle.
