Bike handlebars as push-up training equipment
The Mucki bar is awesome. In practice, it gives you a better grip on your bike handlebars.

The idea is simple and ingenious at the same time: a handlebar is inserted into a wobble block with three positions (from wobbly to really wobbly). You use it to do push-ups - gentle on the joints and nice and deep. Wobbling trains intramuscular coordination and responsiveness.

In other words: if you practise diligently, you will hold the handlebars better in practice. This can prevent falls and injuries. You'll get muscles to boot. Tech nerds and media addicts can even put their smartphone on the handlebar block and follow virtual trails or see whether the push-ups were deep enough. We didn't try out any of the bells and whistles, but we were busy pumping away.
