90 Day Challenge: Training plans part 2
The starting shot has been fired. Our three participants in the 90-day challenge now have to prove themselves in training. They still have a good two months to get fit for the BIKE Four Peaks.

Daniela Aschoff, Arne Schöne and Matthias Lysk have turned their lives upside down: the participants in the 90-day challenge are preparing for the 4-day race under expert guidance. BIKE Four Peaks before. The three have been given different training programmes by Wolfram Kurschat and Olaf Jenewein. While Matthias spends more time on the bike, Olaf Jenewein tortures Arne Schöne with strength training. Daniela pulled the plug before the start of training due to a severe bout of flu - but now it's time for her to get going too. In addition to training, the three receive support from Corinne Mäder. The Powerbar nutritionist devised the most precise nutritional strategies for the candidates.
