90-day challenge: candidates, training plans and nutrition tips
After more than two months, the team for the 90-day challenge has been finalised: Daniela Aschoff, Arne Schöne and Matthias Lysk will be made fit by our coaches in 90 days. So that you can get started yourself, the candidates' complete training plans and nutritional guidelines are available every month.

Three candidates with little time for training: we fished out the right ones from the applicants for the 90-day challenge. They will be made fit for the Four Peaks in 90 days. But first they went to the performance test in Munich. There it became clear that Daniela, Matthias and Arne still have some work to do. The facts alone show where the three of them stand. Arne and Matthias still have 20 per cent body fat on their hips and stomach. The aim is to reduce the fat content to around 15 per cent.

The wattage values in the performance test were also not the kind of thing that gets you over the Alps. "We still have some work to do," says bike pro and coach Wolfram Kurschat. "The wattages of the three are very different. With one we can go full throttle, with the other we can start more relaxed." Physiotherapist Olaf Jenewein was also quick to draw his conclusions after the physiological tests: "There are real areas of improvement among the candidates. It will be tough, but they can do it."

So that you know exactly how the candidates are advised by our trainers, we have created the Nutrition and training plans to download provided. Choose between the plans for bikers with very little time, for women and for bikers who want more pressure on the mountain.
