Bulls not only adorns itself with excellent athletes such as marathon icon Karl Platt or gravity ace Christian Textor, but also utilises the experience gained from racing in product development. The carbon hardtail Black Adder and the Model Copperhead in BIKE tests very well. After Christian Textor became German champion in 2016, the Cologne-based company spared no expense or effort and built a new Wild Creed carbon enduro bike according to his wishes. The Bulls Wild Creed will be available next year from 3299 euros, while the team version shown here costs a hefty 5499 euros and weighs 13.6 kilos without pedals.
Thanks to their successes at the Cape Epic, the riders of the Bulls Marathon Team are revered as folk heroes in South Africa. To ensure that they are competitive again next year, the rear triangle of the Wild Edge Marathon Fullys has been slightly revised. Plain bearings have been replaced by ball bearings and the rocker has been made slightly narrower to allow more space between the legs for freedom of movement.
The Bulls Wild Edge will be available from October for 3299 euros. The lightweight SL version with Sram XX1 Eagle 1x12 drivetrain, Fox Factory suspension and Hattori carbon wheels will cost 5799 euros, the top model with Shimano Di2 drivetrain 6599 euros. The carbon frame is identical in all models.
The Black Adder race hardtail enters the next season technically unchanged:
The Bulls Wild Flow is a new trail bike and will be available next year exclusively in an aluminium version with 120 millimetres of travel and 29-inch wheels. Also new for the coming season: the Bulls Wild Rush. The aluminium version of the carbon All Mountains Wild Ronin with 140 millimetres of travel also rolls ex works on large 29-inch wheels. The prices are moderate: both the Wild Flow and Wild Rush cost 2299 euros in the basic configuration and 2699 euros in the higher configuration.
