The Mondraker eCrusher forgives mistakes and conveys a great deal of safety. An e-MTB for touring bikers with individual visual requirements.

Anyone who likes avant-garde design will be delighted with the Mondraker eCrusher make friends. The down tube is massive, the edges sharp, and somehow the bike is reminiscent of the unconventionally designed shapes of a BMW. In terms of riding characteristics, the eCrusher with its extremely long fast-forward geometry is on the smooth side. The eCrusher is unwavering on both uphill and downhill sections and conveys a great deal of confidence on steep, blocked sections. Its length runs smoothly and forgives the odd riding mistake. If you're looking for a manoeuvrable and playful trail bike, you've come to the wrong place.

The most affordable bike in this test has high-quality equipment and top suspension elements all round. The Yari fork in particular, with its 160 millimetres of travel, clears the way at the front, while the rear end runs smoothly. Those planning longer tours will have to live with the somewhat fiddly battery compartment cover. The battery cannot be removed without removing it with two screws.
