Light, stiff, easy to control: The Teamelite is a classic race hardtail - but one with added value.

While the MTT system develops a noticeable bob frequency on tarmac together with the slim, highly flexing seatpost, comfort prevails off-road. The rougher the terrain, the more the vibration fades into the background and turns into riding comfort. The rear end buffers load peaks, but of course a fully is no substitute for micro-travel technology. If you pedal hard, the rear end tightens up - drive influences like on a fully, so to speak. Our tip: Test ride and decide for yourself whether it's a pain or a joy.

PLUS Stiff, relatively light frame despite suspension
MINUS Drive influences, unsteady on asphalt

BIKE comfort measurement 13.5 mm

There are three different hard elastomers to choose from. The medium hardness seemed to work best for us. The soft one bobs a lot.
