Travelling by long-distance coach is uncomplicated and inexpensive. Our overview shows which providers transport bikes and what service they offer.

MyLongDistanceBus
... does not have its own fleet, but co-operates with regional partners. The green buses travel to 259 cities: Europe-wide network with approx. 5000 connections.
Extras: free WLAN, power sockets per row of seats, optional compensation of CO2 emissions for an additional charge (e.g. 42 cents for the Munich - Berlin route)
Bike transport: transport on bike racks at the rear; no packaging required

The blue and orange buses currently travel to 310 destinations in Germany and Europe; a dense network with over 5000 direct connections. Flixbus merged with MeinFernbus in January.

Postbus
Since the withdrawal of ADAC, Deutsche Post has operated the brand alone. The yellow long-distance buses connect 112 cities in Germany and other European countries; a total of 1286 bus connections.

Berlin Lines Bus
Several bus and travel companies are involved in the company, as is Deutsche Bahn AG indirectly. The buses travel to over 250 destinations in Europe on more than 2700 connections.
