Difficult to pronounce, but easy to find: On the trail over the Chörbschhorn in Davos, crisp pedalling passages, 360-degree panoramas and rough descents merge into a cream trail.

Davos has also been a real magnet for freeriders for a few years now: the Bahnen Tour. Thanks to various lift facilities, you can ride around the highest town in Europe on the most beautiful trails in one day. The Chörbschhorn Trail is one of these magnificent trails. With its spectacular route, its counter-climbs and its increasingly rough terrain, it particularly appeals to us. Unfortunately, most of the pedestrians get off with us at the intermediate stop. So we are stuck in a traffic jam on the trail, which now leads steeply uphill. But when the path becomes a little flatter after a left turn, we are able to leave the hikers behind and soon even have time to enjoy the bird's eye view over Davos. A short section on gravel, then the path folds back to towel width behind the mountain flank of the Schiahorn. With the right shoulder on the vertical rock face and the left very close to the free fall, we are unfortunately unable to enjoy the panorama here. This is only possible again when the slight feeling of dizziness is knocked out of our bodies by our pulse.
