The area guide costs 1.99 euros. Inside you will find the EMTB web code, which will take you to the download of the free GPS data for these tours.
The Sella Ronda after the lift closes is the most recommended because of the wonderful trail sections on the Pordoi Pass and Gardena Pass in an anti-clockwise direction. The starting point is St. Christina in Val Gardena or, of course, Corvara. Arabba is very quiet at this time of year, many hotels are closed.
Without lifts, the tour requires a good level of fitness. In terms of riding technique, you should be able to master trails of difficulty levels S3 or U2 (www.singletrail-skala.de and www.uphillskala.com). The trail to Arabba has a few downhill bends where there may be scree and a few smaller rock steps. Below the Gardena Pass there are a few U1/U2 uphill bends to master (push if necessary). Individual sections can be bypassed at any time on tarmac.
Without lifts you need at least 1200 Wh. Recharging en route at the Sella Pass or at the latest in Corvara is recommended. Be sure to take lighting with you, the days are short.
Check in advance whether all charging stations are open. If not, take a travel charger with you.
